Who should I contact

We are an amateur and voluntary bunch doing our best to run the Wimborne Monday Night Darts League. As a guide these are your main contacts if you require help.

League Rules

We have a fairly straight forward set of rules, which all captains are aware of and should read, but always worth the players having a read too.

Signing on players, Venue changes, Transfers, Competition entries, Registration fees and changes to Captains/Vice captains:

Anything sent out out in the post needing a response, such as blank green cards, registration for the new season, registration of players and removal of players from your teams and any changes to names and addresses for correspondence.

All monies relating to signing and transferring players (give names), league business, competition entries and fees, go to Angie James

Green cards, fixtures and results, statistics and anything website related (this one):

Send all your green cards to Steve, any known cancellations (these are added to the website on or after the day they were due), any errors on the website let Steve know. Any queries on hotshots, big checkouts or results.

Any new players or changes to players should be sent to Judy Plummer first, who will inform Steve.

Facebook group

This was set up and is abley run by Mark Smith and is not directly connected with the website, Steve Goodall and Graeme James participate in this group and anything raised requiring an answer may dealt with onsite or referred to committee for further thought.

To guarantee something is dealt with, use the Contact us form rather than Facebook.

Complaints, disputes or general rulings

These must be sent, either in writing to Angie (address above) or via the website contact form.

Any complaints or disputes are referred to the next committee meeting for discussion and a decision on any course of action. We will be in contact with all parts during the process and after a decision. we do our utmost to be fair to all parties in all disputes whilst maintaining a league we are all proud of.
